As a Sales Development Representative you are responsible for our inbound sales by contacting leads, successfully converting leads into actual prospects, educating potential customers about our products and services and facilitating our sales process and activities in all aspects.

With your up-to-date market and industry knowledge you are furthermore responsible for our outbound sales activities by generating new business opportunities and identifying and winning new customers.

Together with our Sales & Product Management Team you will further professionalize our strong and high-quality sales activities, develop and increase our market share as well as actively develop and build professional relationships with our partners and customers.

Essential Job Tasks

  • Strong focus on inbound sales process and activities

  • Responsible for contacting our leads and successfully turning them into prospects

  • Educating and engaging prospects and customers about our products and services

  • Outbound sales process โ€“ identifying new business opportunities by researching and analysing potential markets and identifying and winning new customers

  • Collaborate strongly with our Key Account & Product Managers in all aspects of our sales activities including the development of sustainable SD strategies for reaching our ambitious sales targets

  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals

  • Responsible for detailed and comprehensive documentation of sales activities

  • Keeping and maintaining sales records and providing accurate lead qualification information

  • Regular data analysis and reporting on sales activities and results

  • Stay up to date on industry and market trends and developments

  • Focus on networking and attend business fares to build strong relationships and generate business opportunities and leads

  • Act as an ambassador for vyking product offerings and solution developments

Skills & Qualifications

  • Min. 5 years experience in Sales and/or Customer Service

  • Industry and market knowledge as well as first experience in the igaming business

  • Fluency in English both spoken and written

  • knowledge of common industry standard CRMs

  • Profound knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

  • Ability to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently

  • Strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables

  • Excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop strong rapport

  • Flexibility, good time and self-management with solid organisational skills

  • Loyal and strong team player with ability to work independently

  • Strong desire to learn and grow with us and withing the sales field
